I had a great experience at Heritage Motors. Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful, but Ruben made it easy. He was knowledgable and quickly provided pictures and other info that I requested. Shauna, the GM, checked in with me along the way to make sure everything was going okay.The whole crew there seemed to be very professional and never pushy. I would buy here again!

Seen their advertisement on Facebook i live almost 3hrs away from the dealership so I gave them a call. I spoke with Jeremy over the phone he got me approved over the phone this was in December My husband and I were suppose to go in person but life came up and we couldn't make it then. But finally yesterday everything was in place i called and spoke to Jeremy he was able to pull up my application when we arrived we were greeted by Jeremy who was very helpful and got us in the vehicle that best fit our family it is a nice ford flex with low mileage. Ill be honest it was the low down-payments is what help us to decide to drive so far to check them out. Did I add Jeremy was pretty incredible....He was very professional and gave me confidence in my purchase. The dealership its self was nice and clean. They had a nice semi-large inventory of different vehicles so I had my fair share of selections. Did I forget to mention Jeremy was great and good at his job. They paper work wasn't to bad either. Oh yeah ask for Jeremy he's Grand!! He'll get you the right fit. Thanks Jeremy and Hertiage Motors.

Being in the car business myself and after speaking to many locals who have used Heritage Motors I just wanted to chime and clarify that these bad reviews are fruitless, every used car is just that, its used! If a local company is willing to take a chance on you and give you a loan that they should not then you should be greatfull and expect to have to make repairs to ANY used car purchased ANYWHERE. It just blows my mind to see people bashing an honest local business because a battery or alternator went out? Those parts go out on brand new cars too! Its just part of the price we pay to drive a vehicle these days, slow down people, give these guys a chance.
