Sales process was quick. Ruben helped me for 3 weeks before I decided on what car I wanted. He was patient and answered any questions I had quickly. He also worked around my work schedule to get documents from me since I work night shifts. Amazing company and very efficient.

Alright, so I walked in to Heritage motors looking for a new car. Wasn't really worried about anything to extravagant since it’s just to get from point A to B. I walked in and Jeremy instantly helped me. I had previously spoken with him on the phone, so it made the meet and greet process easier. He showed me a few vehicles within my budget, and I eventually settled on a Chevy Malibu. Upon a test drive and paperwork needed, we were able to close out the deal. Time was not as long as I expected, and it was pretty much seamless. Would recommend for anyone with a tight budget or just looking for an in between vehicles kinda situation.

Being in the car business myself and after speaking to many locals who have used Heritage Motors I just wanted to chime and clarify that these bad reviews are fruitless, every used car is just that, its used! If a local company is willing to take a chance on you and give you a loan that they should not then you should be greatfull and expect to have to make repairs to ANY used car purchased ANYWHERE. It just blows my mind to see people bashing an honest local business because a battery or alternator went out? Those parts go out on brand new cars too! Its just part of the price we pay to drive a vehicle these days, slow down people, give these guys a chance.
